Sean describes his middle class beginnings, his previous company and how he created Property 23 after bankruptcy. He gives great advice on bouncing back after failure, his perspective on real estate info and books, and how important belief is.

 

He never had a goal to be a millionaire, he just knew he wanted to work hard so he didn’t have to worry about money. He’s been through a lot of highs and lows and he has real life experience on how to continue.

    Whether its a business “failure” or a personal “failure”… gotta bounce back. There are SO many lessons that we are given to learn along this journey. Learn the lesson and it goes away. ;) If you don’t pick yourself up after every challenge, you won’t be able to learn from the experience.

      Exactly. That really is the only reason why people are successful. Everyone has failures! But pushing past them is what makes you successful. Everyone knows it but we need to remind ourselves often :)

    Loved all your podcasts. You ask very good and right questions. I feel very motivated and fired up after listening to your podcasts. This podcast has gotten me to read rich dad, poor dad. I hope I will be able to take some action to getting started in real estate investing for passive income or finding something I love to get me off from 9-5 routine job.

    Thanks Michael for your comment. With this site I try to be above any slanderous issues, and even while your comment was very well written it is only for that reason only I am not posting it. I will note to all of the listeners of this episode though, please do any due diligence before you get involved with any company.

    When I looked into Property 23 I found a few complaints, but you find that with any larger businesses. Their previous company does have a C+ rating on the Better Business Bureau but it looks like they are trying to respond to the complaints.
